From a standout junior season at Pewaukee High School which continued into his grassroots season with 24UP, Tyler Tiutczenko has emerged as one of the top forwards in Wisconsin’s 2026 class. This has resulted in the 6’7” senior being on plenty of college coaches’ radars including holding a scholarship offer.
In his junior season, Tiutczenko averaged 15.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game. He shot 45.3% from three while hitting 68 of them on the season. Then with 24UP he was named a top performer at the NY2LA Midwest Classic tournament in which he averaged 16.3 points and 5.3 rebounds while hitting 2.7 threes per game to help 24UP to a 4-0 tournament.
Back in July following his grassroots season, he received his first scholarship offer. This came from Winona State. “Winona was good, campus was nice, and the facilities were nice,” Tiutczenko said about his visit to the division two program. When asked about them, he said “I liked the style of offense they ran, along with the message they were getting across.”
While Winona State has been his only visit to date, he is currently working on setting up some additional ones. Among the other schools recruiting him include Bemidji State, Hillsdale College, several from the WIAC, and a few others.
“I can bring winning energy, a winning player, and someone who can space the floor and make the right play,” Tiutczenko said about his game at the next level. “I can play all five positions on the court and want to make an impact immediately wherever I go. Someone with good ball knowledge and who can be a vocal leader for any team.”
