STOCK QUICKLY RISING FOR GABE SULARSKI

Over the past few months, the offers have continued to roll in for Gabe Sularski. The 6’6” wing guard of Benet Academy (IL) and Meanstreets has emerged as one of the top players in the 2026 class in the entire Midwest.

While the sophomore did not have a single offer entering this summer, plenty came in over the past few months. The recent offers for the fast-rising Sularski include Bryant, Eastern Illinois, Illinois, Missouri, Purdue, and UIC. In addition to his offers, some of the coaches to have checked in on his workouts at Benet this fall include Iowa, Iowa State, Minnesota, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Stanford, and Vanderbilt.

It has also been a busy several weeks of visits for Sularski. A couple of these were to Illinois and Northwestern. “Northwestern was a great visit. Loved the coached and facilities. It’s great having a Big Ten school only an hour away from me. Still early but I loved the experience. Illinois was great as well. The football game that day was early, so I didn’t get a chance to see all of Illinois like I wanted. I’m still going to visit again soon and get an extended tour,” he said talking about those two visits.

He added in about Illinois “They offered me early and really see my talents which makes me excited to visit again. The coaching staff was amazing, and team seems like a big family.” As well to those two visits, he took one to Michigan State back in August and then most recently to Purdue. Coming up next for Sularski includes visits to Indiana on October 20-21, a second visit to Michigan State on October 29th and then to Michigan on November 4th.
