Recruitment Heating Up For Quentin Coleman

One of the fastest rising prospects in Missouri’s 2026 class recently has been Quentin Coleman. The 6’3” guard of Principia High School and MPJ Elite recently picked up another division one offer with this one coming from a local program. In addition to the newest offer, he also took a visit to a Big East school earlier this year.

It has been a breakout junior season for Coleman. The guard is averaging 19 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game for Principia. He has been a major reason why they currently sit at a remarkable 28-1 record. Following a 77-55 win over Montgomery County on Friday, Principia is headed to the state semifinals. In the win, Coleman scored 22 points.

“A winner, doing anything to win a game,” Coleman first said describing his own game. “If I need to effect the game by rebounding, I’m going to go rebound, if I need to score, I’m going to score.”

The visit for Coleman was back in January which he took to Xavier which he visited for their matchup against UConn. He called it a good visit adding in that “it was electric,” when asked about the atmosphere.

More recently a couple of weeks ago, Coleman received his third offer. This came from St. Louis University. “It felt great to have a school offer me from my hometown,” Coleman said about his newest offer. Earlier this year, Coleman picked up an offer from Austin Peay and picked up his first division one offer from Lindenwood back in the fall.
