It’s a new era for The Academy program out of Michigan. The last few years, this program was highlighted by their 2025 team which included Stevie Elam (Milwaukee commit), Luke Westerdale (Wayne State commit), Charles Kage (Saginaw Valley State commit), and Braylon Mannan (Wayne State commit). With that group moving on to the college level, look for a new crop of players to emerge starting with their 2026 team.
Included in this 2026 team is Jordan Harrison, a 6’0” guard of Pioneer High School who is currently starring in his junior season. Not only is he leading his team in scoring but also assists and steals. His stat line currently is 19 points, 5 assists, 4 rebounds, and 3 steals per game. Harrison played with The Academy last year and started to greatly emerge during the summer where he is one of the top 2026 guards at The Final Chapter tournament back in July.
Sharing the backcourt with Harrison will be Jacob Figaro, a 6’4” wing guard of Cass Tech who will once again be suiting up for The Academy this season. Figaro is best known for his athleticism, versatility, and defensive play. Program director Jordan Ebbs says that he is among the top defensive players in their program.
