A new addition to NY2LA Basketball and the Platinum Elite for this upcoming season will be the Texas Conquerors. At both the 17U and 16U levels they will be bringing plenty of talent with recruits for all levels of colleges. Their rosters include several players who already hold scholarship offers.
Their 17U team has plenty of depth with a few stars including Kaiden Nelson who already has a pair of division one offers. Both Howard and Arkansas Pine Bluff have already extended offers for the 6’3” 2026 combo guard. A couple of unsigned seniors amongst the group are 6’3” Hermann Tatchum and 6’5” Legend Durst. Tatchum is currently drawing interest from low major programs to junior college ones while Durst has an offer from Mid-America Christian University, a NAIA program, in addition to interest from schools on all levels.
Some additional 2026 players for the 17U Conquerors who are drawing plenty of college interest and round out the roster include 6’4” guard Kaleb Nelson who has an offer from Huston-Tilloston University, 6’6” wing forward Malakhi Morris, 6’3” two guard Anthony Phagans, 5’9” point guard Cole Heaton, 6’1” Richard Claude, and 6’4” guard Javeon Taylor.
At the 16U level, the Conquerors team will have plenty of talent, size, and upside. Included on the team is the super athletic and high energy 6’6” Nate Brown, the extremely high upside 6’6” wing Christian Fleming who is a double-double machine, and the lengthy 6’4” point guard Tyrone Scott Jr. who is a gifted three level scorer.
