NY2LA The Platinum Elite: HABC

A new addition to NY2LA and the Platinum Elite is HABC. This addition is another program out of Texas, also joining the Texas Conquerors and Ice Tre Elite from the Lone Star State.

Leading this 2026 HABC team will be a point guard-forward duo of Tywan Collins Jr. and Conor Robison. The 5’9” Collins is a true point guard in every sense. Not only did he earn himself first team all-conference honors in his junior season at Cy Creek High School but has also been named defensive player of the year for them a second time as he always looks to defend the oppositions best player. He is the true definition of a floor general with his skills, leadership, and ability to make everyone around him better. Collins is a player who can really get into the paint and create for others with his great passing ability.

In the frontcourt for HABC will Robinson, a 6’6” power forward also of Cy Creek High School. In this past season, he earned himself second team all-district honors. While he has proven to be a force on the interior on both ends of the floor, he has also continued to develop into a wing with improving perimeter skills. Robison is a good rim protector but also has the ability to defend one through five. In addition to his ability to score it in the post with good footwork, he also shoots it well in the mid-range with extending range out to three.

While Collins and Robison headline this HABC group, the talent goes much further. HABC will be a team to watch this season on the Platinum Elite.
