Over the coming weeks we will be featuring the programs that will be playing on NY2LA’s Platinum Elite during the upcoming 2025 season. A new program joining NY2LA this spring that will be a part of the Platinum Elite is Drive Pro Select.
One of several standouts with Drive Pro Select in the upcoming season is Eli Evans, a 6’3” 2026 guard of Waterloo Christian High School. With his outside shooting ability, Evans is certainly a player that college coaches will want to be watching this upcoming season. He has been on fire over the past few weeks of his junior season which includes a 40 point game, a 27 point game in which 7 of them came in the final 29 seconds, and a 32 point game.
Another player who could be generating a lot of interest for Drive Pro Select is Tanner Bergmann. He is a fast rising 6’9” big man in Iowa’s 2026 class with great upside. He has been a double-double machine this season for Wapsie Valley High School. He is an intriguing prospect with not only his interior play but also his ability to step outside and shoot the basketball.
As well to the previously mentioned Evans and Bergmann, other member of Drive Pro Elite’s 17U team are 6’2” Carson Bargfrede, 6’1” Maddux Dewinter, 6’5” Gilbert Flagel, 6’3” Da’shaundis Moore, 6’6” Henry Smith, 6’0” Christian Stacy, and 5’11” Jeremy Wright.
College coaches will be able to see Drive Pro Select at the Swish N Dish tournament to start off the season in April, then the Spring Extravaganza taking place in Iowa later on in April, then next month in Indianapolis for the Next Level Invitational, and then two July live tournament; The Final Chapter and Summer Jam tournament.
