While only a sophomore, Jordan Sigmon has already built a significant offer list for himself as one of the top players in Michigan’s 2026 class. The 6’2” guard attends Renaissance High School in Detroit and plays with The Family.
While he entered 2023 with just a single offer coming from Detroit Mercy, that quickly changed following his play with The Family on the EYBL where we became one of the more popular 2026 guards amongst college coaches over the spring and summer. He was able to add in offers from Alabama, Cal Poly, LSU, Toledo, and Vanderbilt. In addition to his six offers, Sigmon is generating interest from high major programs nationwide. Amongst the schools are Arkansas, Florida State, Houston, Iowa State, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Virginia Tech, in addition to numerous other programs.
In just his second year of high school, Sigmon is already putting up some very big numbers. He has led Renaissance High School out to an impressive 8-3 record right now. He is averaging 24 points and 5 assists per game currently. Throughout the season, he has only continued to get better as he recently had himself a 40-point game at the Motor City Roundball Classic.
Even with the very good start to the season, Sigmon is looking to accomplish some bigger things. “My goals for the rest of the season are to win the city championship and make a state championship run,” Sigmon said. While he has not taken any visits yet, he is looking at making some visits later this year.
