Jaxon Clark Talks Recent Visit

Over the past few weeks, Jaxon Clark has made three college visits. This has included trips to St. Louis University, Miami (OH), and Northwestern for the 6’11” junior of MidPro Academy and Keokuk High School (IA).

“It was great,” Clark said about his visit to St. Louis. “Awesome facility, awesome atmosphere, amazing coaches, and they came out with a win.”

When talking about his visit to Miami (OH), Clark said “It was also great. Unfortunately, they didn’t come out with a win, but the coaches were amazing.”

“Northwestern was one of my favorites overall so far. They came out with an exciting and fun blowout, and the coaches were great. The players were welcoming, and it was cool seeing how things are in the locker room,” he said on his trip to Evanston, Illinois.

Back over the summer, Clark had also taken a visit to Illinois. In addition to these schools, there are several others currently recruiting him. Amongst them are Belmont, Bradley, Iowa, Minnesota, Princeton, Purdue, South Carolina, Stanford, and others.

Next up for Clark is his junior season following a breakout grassroots season with MidPro Academy where he was one of the top big men on the NY2LA Association. “Go to state,” Clark first said about the upcoming high school season. “My only goal is to go to state and hopefully make a run in Iowa. We have the talent to, it’s all about the focus and work we put in right now while in the early stages of the season.”
