One more stars of the week issue before the season ramps up with holiday tournament. Plenty of high scorers in this issue with some triple-doubles too.
Kristina Ouimette reached a major career milestone. The Green Bay commit hit the 2,000 point mark for her high school career. She did this in amazing fashion while scoring 49 points in a win while hitting ten threes.
Senior Sarah Helm had one of the top scoring performances of the week for Cedarburg High School (WI). In a win, she went off for 41 points while hitting nine threes.
Another 40+ point game came from Lauren Bear for Tri-West High School (IN). She scored 42 points in a win.
One more 40+ point game was accomplished by senior Emma Pierson of Belvidere High School (IL). She scored 42 points setting a school record.
For Columbia City (IN), Butler commit Addison Baxter had a triple-double going for 32 points with 12 rebounds and 11 assists.
While only a sophomore, Kara Trott had one of the most well-rounded games of the past week. She lit up the score board with 31 points but also added in 9 rebounds and a staggering 9 steals.
Paityn London was another sophomore with a stat stuffing performances. The point guard scored 30 points, 14 rebounds, 6 assists, and 8 steals.
Not only did Madelyn Kiper score 31 points for Minooka High School (IL) but the 6’0” junior also had 11 rebounds in a double-double performance. The M14 standout shot 5-7 from three in the game.
Another M14 junior making this list with her outside shooting was Hailey Goins. The point guard drilled 8 threes in a game for Hinsdale South High School (IL) to finish with 26 points.
Sophomore guard Lily Sizemore had a double-double with 23 points and 10 rebounds in addition to a stat stuffing game with 3 assists and 3 steals.
Annabelle Kritzer went for a triple-double. The 6’4” sophomore had 14 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 blocks, for Naperville Central High School (IL).
Bettendorf High School (IA) point guard Alyvia McCorkle did it all with 31 points, 4 rebounds, 5 steals, and 3 assists.
Izzy Eisbach went for a near quadruple double. The junior guard had 32 points along with 7 rebounds, 8 assists, and 10 steals for Nodaway Valley High School (IA). In another game she also went for 29 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 steals.
Addison Bjorn had a big double-double that neared a triple-double. She scored 26 points along with 17 rebounds and 7 assists.
Even while just a freshman, Tensley Dunlap lands here with a double-double. The 5’10” wing had 25 points and 11 rebounds for Robinson High School (IL).
Not often you see a player get into double figures for steals, but that is exactly what guard Zoe Tuttle did. The sophomore had 12 steals in a game while also scoring 20 points.
