Plenty of recruitment news over the past couple of weeks coming from all levels of college programs. Here is the latest news from over the holidays and into the new year.
Brooklynn Renn was able to pull in an offer from another Big Ten Program. This was from Rutgers for the 6’3” junior of Silver Creek High School and IGB. Renn also has been offered by Marquette, Wisconsin, Harvard, Clemson, Cal, Maryland, among others.
Also from IGB, junior point guard KK Holman of Hamilton Southeastern High School received an offer from Louisville.
Another IGB player to pull in an offer was senior guard Brooklyn Sturgeon which came from Vincennes University.
Chicago State extended an offer to senior guard Coco Urlacher of Fremd High School (IL) and Mac Irvin Fire. She has also been offered by Radford and Eastern Illinois.
Chatham University landed a pair of 2025 commitments in just the past couple of days. These came from forward Erica Olszewski of Solon High School (OH) and guard Jordyn Miller of DeSales High School (OH).
Another division three commitment came from Ariana Rodriguez. The senior guard of Trinity High School (IL) and Chicago Hoops Express will be staying in-state with her commitment to Lake Forest College.
Indiana Tech was another program to receive a commitment. This came from Mylie Sipe of Cass High School and Indiana’s Best.
Junior Heidi Rathmann of Antioch High School (IL) and Full Package was able to pull in an offer from Roosevelt University.
Senior Hallie Crane of Batavia High School (IL) and Team M14 received an offer from Coe College.
Also from Team M14, Chloe Van Horn of Hampshire High School (IL) announced her commitment to UW-Platteville.
On a visit to Notre Dame, 2028 Janaya Cooper of Snider High School (IN) and Always 100 was extended an offer from the Irish.
Center Kaylee Lurkins of Altamont High School and Indiana Elite Havoc received an offer from a division three program in Millikin.
Another junior to receive an offer from Millikin was 5’11” Elle Rice of St. Laurence High School and Illinois Lady Lightning.
Next up to receive an offer from Millikin, was junior Lola Nussmeyer of Edwards County High School (IL) and Indiana Elite Havoc.
It was a big few days for senior guard Iyanna Green of Bradford High School (WI). Both Alverno College and Mount Mary University extended offers to Green.
