Plenty of recruitment news coming in following the grassroots season as we head into August. Here is the news from across the region over the past seven days.
A major commitment came out of Wisconsin’s 2026 class. This was from Mikaia Litza of Wauwatosa East and the Mac Irvin Fire who will be headed to DePaul.
Mac Irvin Fire guard Paityn London continues to be one of the most sought after 2026’s in the region. The newest offers for her came from Princeton and Stony Brook.
Even before entering high school, 2029 Liv Johnson has just picked up a pair of high major offers. These came from Iowa State and Marquette for the All Iowa Attack and Carmel Catholic guard.
Northern Michigan was able to grab a commitment from Wisconsin’s 2026 class. This came from Teagan Schoenecker or Oregon HS and Wisconsin Academy.
Another commitment to a division two program came from Leah Gilbertson. The 6’1” 2026 wing of ALL IN and Lake Zurich announced her commitment to Ferris State.
Also, from ALL IN and DePaul Prep’s Grace Lee has continued to be one of the most sought after post players from the regions 2026 class. The newest offers for Lee came from Omaha, Boston University, and Oakland University as she now tops double digit offers.
Another ALL IN player picking up a division one offer was 2027 Peyton Hoffmann coming from Valparaiso. Also from ALL IN, Sarah Palmer was offered by Clarke University.
It has been a huge few days for senior Kamri Rowland of Indiana Elite Havoc and Rensselaer Central who was offered by Quincy, Culver-Stockton, and Millikin.
From Lyons Township HS and the Illinois Lady Lightning, senior Emma O’Brien has been offered by Oakland University most recently adding to her quickly growing offer list.
Several players from the M14 programs were pulling in offers from all levels of schools. This includes Nicole Wardbinski who grabbed a pair coming from Illinois Tech and Clarke University. Gaby Domercant also received a pair of offers with hers coming from Southern Illinois and Cleveland State. Maddie Kiper has continued to be a popular target amongst division one programs being offered by High Point.
2026 Audrey Meudt of Waunakee High School and the Wisconsin Impact will be staying in-state next year with her commitment to UW-Oshkosh.
In other Wisconsin Impact related recruitment news, 2026 Rachael Chilicki was offered by both Boston University and Purdue Fort Wayne.
Midwest Elite and Phillips guard Kamaria Sephus was offered by both Mount Mary and Lakeland University.
Offer after offer after offer for Campbell Thulin. The newest school to offer the rising junior over the past few days was UIC.
A few girls from Always 100 pulled in some offers over the past few days. This included 2028 Nyomi Hahn of Marion HS who was offered by Murray State. Another of their 2028’s receiving one was Mackenzie Carter of Snider HS which came from Walsh University. Both Penn State and Virginia Tech extended an offer out to 2028 Janaya Cooper of Snider HS.
Lastly in news from the Always 100 program, Alivia Bolinger announced her commitment. The senior of Concordia Lutheran made her pledge to Purdue Fort Wayne.
