Get To Know – 2028 Ben Hills

Over the past couple of years one of the best players, if not best, on the entire GNBA has been Ben Hills. The 6’5” forward was a big piece of a dominant Ray Allen Select team. Over the past couple of seasons, Hill’s Ray Allen Select team captured multiple championships on the GNBA on a team that also included Joey Kohnen, Nick Grice, Kinston Knueppel, and others.

Even with all the talent and depth of the loaded Ray Allen Select team, Hills always found his way to make a big impact on all of the team’s success. This was especially done with his scoring ability, consistently putting up an efficient to fifteen to twenty points a game. At 6’5”, Hills was able to dominantly score the ball around the paint. Whether it be playing with his back to the basket, facing up, on rolls, and running the floor in transition, he was incredibly tough to stop around the paint. Down in the paint, he has continued to show great touch and footwork. While at his best around the basket, Hills has shown a growing perimeter game over the past year. This includes the ability to beat defenders both off the dribble and spot up for threes. There are few players entering the high school level with his combination of tools.

Now onto the high school level, Hills is a player to watch out for in the coming years in Wisconsin’s 2028 class while playing for Homestead High School.
