With his high school season now complete following a regional championship season at Benet Academy (IL), it has now been a busy time of visits for Gabe Sularski. The sophomore visited SEC and Big Ten schools, in which he called both of them great.
First up in his visits this month was a trip to Tennessee. “They offered me in the fall so this trip was all about seeing the school, meeting all the coaching staff in person, talking with some of the players, observing a practice and being there for a huge game against Kentucky. I enjoyed every part of the program and look forward to going back for another visit and building on my relationship with them,” he said on the visit to Knoxville.
Next up for visits was one to Indiana. “This was my second time there. The first time I was there in the fall for Hoosier Hysteria. It was great to see a game in person and be in that environment. I was able to spend some time with coaching staff prior to game and then after the game where in his office Coach Woodson offered me a scholarship to IU. Look forward to another visit soon.”
With the newest of offers from Indiana, Sularski is now up to eleven offers. The other offers for him are Bryant, Eastern Illinois, Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Missouri, Purdue, Tennessee, UIC, and Wisconsin. As well, some of the other schools who have been showing interest include Iowa, Iowa State, LSU, Minnesota, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Stanford, and Xavier.
In the upcoming grassroots season this spring, Sularski will be playing with 17U Meanstreets.
