One of the top 2024 players in the nation will be making their commitment soon. On Wednesday, Elliot Cadeau will be selecting his future college. The 6’2” point guard is a five-star prospect that is a consensus top fifteen player for the 2024 class. He attends Link Year Prep and plays with the New Heights Lightning on the EYBL.
Back in October Cadeau announced his top six schools. Kansas, Louisville, North Carolina, Syracuse, Texas, and Texas Tech made the cut for the highly touted junior. Other schools to have previously offered Cadeau but were not included were Howard, Oklahoma State, Providence, Seton Hall, St. John’s, TCU, Tennessee, and others.
During this fall Cadeau made official visits to a few of the schools that made his final list of six. In September, he visited Texas Tech. Then in October he went to North Carolina and Louisville.
Cadeau is one of the most electric players in the nation regardless of class. The athletic point guard has lighting quickness and a great ability to break down defenses. As well to being one of top facilitators in the class, he is also a very effective scorer attacking the rim as well as shooting off the dribble. He has an elite combination of vision, feel, and ability with the ball in his hands. Whoever can land the early commitment from Cadeau, will be getting a major addition to start off their 2024 recruitment class.
