2024 Academic Showcase
For players that excel on the court and in the classroom
The NY2LA Academic Showcase is for players who excel both on the court as well as in the classroom. Participants will get to play in three games as well as individual skill development drills run by college coaches. The event is on Saturday, September 28th at Homestead High School in Mequon, WI.
This individual player exposure showcase will have some of the top academic schools from around the region in attendance. Not only will participants get to play in front of college coaches but also coached by them. Our showcase coaching staff will consist of current college coaches from high academic schools. There will also be scouting services in attendance. All games will be filmed, and players can purchase their own highlight video with all their best plays from the event.
It is recommended that participants have a 3.2 GPA to attend. Past NY2LA event participants include Jayson Tatum, Jalen Brunson, Tyrese Haliburton, Chet Holmgren, Tyler Herro, Jalen Johnson, Myles Turner, Matas Buzelis, as well to dozens of other NBA players.
