The new year is set to tip off in style for middle school talent as the annual Holiday Hoopfest hits the hardwood January 7-8, 2012 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The annual hoops gala which tips this Saturday will feature Kingdom Hoops, Iowa Barnstormers, Playground Elite, Full Package, WI Playground Warriors, TP Elite, Milwaukee Rebels, DTA Spartans, Ray Allen Select, and the D1 Elite programs.

The tournament will serve as a qualifier for the 2012 Generation Next Invitational Championships set for July 5-8, 2012! In addition to top teams qualifying for the GNIC next July, All-Tournament performers at the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade levels receive invitations to the prestigious Generation Next All-Star Camp August 4-5, 2012! 

Saturday's action will be played at Homestead High School in Mequon, Wisconsin.  Championship Sunday will then shift to the M.S.O.E. Kern Center in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The tournament will be covered from top to bottom by NY2LASPORTS.COM as well as our middle school affiliate at GENERATIONNEXTBASKETBALL.COM and our Wisconsin affiliate at 414HOOPS.COM.
