Standouts, stock boosters, and now onto some ones to watch.

Jayden Comer – 2027 – SG – OPS

After an impressive performance back at the Spring Extravaganza tournament in May, Comer was even better this tournament. He is a lengthy and athletic 6’3” two guard who excels with his offensive game. He had multiple high scoring games including one with 26 points. Comer can hit some threes but did the majority of his scoring on the attack. He is always looking to get to the basket and was often getting there moving well with the ball and using his size. More than just a scorer, Comer also showed a good passing ability both on the attack as well as on the perimeter.

Graeson Geiger – 2027 – PG – Wisconsin Breakaway

Geiger had multiple high scoring games in the tournament including games of 15 points, 17 points, and 20 points to get them into the final four. Much more than just a scorer, he also has a very well-rounded offensive game with a good ability to create for others. The 6’2” point guard is at his best on the attack as a tough downhill driver. He finishes it very well all around the basket doing so effectively through contact in addition to hitting shots in the mid-range.

John Kruse – 2028 – C – Closed Gyms North

Even while playing up a level, Kruse was an impactful big man on both ends who showed even greater upside. As well to being 6’7”, Kruse also has a solid build. The center scored it effectively inside both as a back to the basket scorer and very active on the offensive glass for put backs. Kruse also added some baskets on the attack using his frame to get to the basket. His scoring included a couple of key baskets in the final three minutes of a tight pool play game. Kruse was also a tough interior defender as a help defender blocking and altering shots.

Logan Rouse – 2027 – F – MKE Elite

With everything that Rouse can do, he was a big reason MKE Elite won their pool and get them to the platinum semifinals. He has some size at 6’5” and plays with good strength as well to being effective inside and out on both ends. Rouse was often scoring it strong around the basket but also proved to be a consistent spot up three-point shooter hitting three in a single game. Defensively, he was blocking shots around the paint but plays with good energy moving well out on the perimeter.

Ken White Jr. – 2027 – PG – Reach Legends

All of the great shot making ability that White displayed the week prior at the Grassroots Invitational, he once again did here at Summer Jam. This included scoring 27 points in his first game of the tournament. In it, not only did White drill four threes but was also very effective creating his own shot in the mid-range. With his quickness and tight handle, he can be so elusive creating separation to hit his jumpers and can quickly catch fire.
