It has been a fully packed week of recruitment news which included several division one commitments. Previously covered where Kager Knueppel picking Duke and Northern Illinois landing multiple commitments. Here is all the rest from the loaded week with some more commitments and plenty of offers.
Belmont was able to pick up a commitment out of Indiana coming from Brandon Hunter, a 6’3” 2027 guard of Silver Creek and Indiana Elite. He picked them over offers from Bradley, Wright State, Western Kentucky, Indiana State, Miami (OH), and others.
The new staff at Northern Michigan has been very busy in Illinois offering a few rising seniors in the Chicagoland area. This includes Tommy Donahue of Deerfield and Fundamental U, Timmy Sloan of Lyons Township and Breakaway, and Ryan Dinnon of Andrew and Breakaway.
The streak of offers continues to come in for 2027 6’8” forward Ed Stasys of Benet Academy and Illinois Wolves. Most recently he was offered by Belmont and Indiana State.
Air Force has extended an offer out to Mack Welker, a 6’8” 2027 of Homestead High School and Indy Heat.
2027 Eli Krueger of McFarland and the Wisconsin Swing continues to add the D1 offers with the latest coming from Colorado State, Northern Iowa, and Central Michigan.
From Merrillville and Zero Fears, 2028 guard Charles Hardiman has added an offer from Southeast Missouri State.
2026 wing JJ Walters of Germantown and CBA has committed to Milwaukee Area Technical College.
After his breakout June season with East St. Louis, 2027 guard Phillip Jones has picked up his first D1 offer coming from Troy University.
What a couple months of offers it has been for 2027 Alex Sirbu of Buffalo Grove and Breakaway. The latest for the big man is from UC Davis.
After being offered by Jacksonville University the week prior, Graysen Becker of Altoona and the Wisconsin Playmakers, has now been offered by Angelo State.
6’8” rising senior Lazar Djilas of Brookfield Academy has been offered by Augustana College on a visit.
2028 guard Elijah Poniewaz of Chaminade has received an offer from Southeast Missouri State.
From Elevate and Mukwonago, 2027 forward Evan Ploeckelman has been offered by Navy.
