What a day of basketball Sunday was with all the championships on the line. Here are the players who had the biggest day on the court helping their team make their way through the bracket.

Joseph Chapman – 2032 – G/F – CBA

This 12U CBA team was one of the most, if not most, dominant teams of the tournament and Chapman was a big reason for it. While he scored it well throughout the tournament, he came up big in the championship victory with a game high 25 points. He also got it done on the other end with several steals and consistently disrupting the opposing offense with his size and great length along with his quickness too.

Lou Diener – 2031 – PG – Wisconsin Blizzard

Diener had one of the most impressive days of basketball in the tournament on Sunday with his exceptional skill set. It started in the quarterfinals game where he did score in double figures, but he impressed much more with his advanced point guard play and consistently creating for his teammates. Later in the day it was with his scoring as he had 21 points in the semifinals win and then 16 points in the championship game victory.

Amarie Johnson – 2031 – G – Team Hali

With his well-rounded game, Johnson was a big reason his team made it all the way to the title game on Sunday which included three wins on the day. In their first game of the day which was a one-point win, Johnson made a few key plays on both ends in the final minutes. Then in the championship game he had a hot start scoring 11 points in just the first 9 minutes of play with both his ability to get to the basket and create his own shot in the mid-range.

Keegan Krull – 2030 – PG – Davis Brothers Elite

There was plenty of standout throughout the tournament for this dominant Davis Brothers squad and it was Krull leading the way in the championship game. Not only did he lead them with 15 points but also did so much. He is an incredibly well-rounded point guard that impacted the championship game with his defensive play collecting a few steals in just the first half, creating well for others throughout the game, and rebounding well as a guard all in addition to his scoring.

Bryson Stowe – 2033 – G – 24UP P32

It was a big weekend for Stowe and his 24UP team who were able to capture the 11U championship. He led them in their opening game scoring 9 points and led them again in the championship game victory scoring 16 points to finish off an impressive weekend where they finished a perfect 5-0. Stowe showed a good ability to score the ball well on the attack with his combination of handle, moves with the ball, and finishing in traffic.
