After a big day of hoops on Saturday, Sunday delivered even more. Here are just a few of the day’s standouts with plenty more coverage on the way.

Ervin Cuff – 2029 – PG – Racine Truth

Cuff was one of a few standouts from the 15U Racine Truth who helped them to a dominant 35 point in their first game of the day. While he did score 8 points in the win, his impact went much greater. The point guard plays with a great blend of energy and quickness. He was incredibly active flying around forcing turnovers and coming up with multiple steals. Cuff also used his quickness and handle getting into the paint often to distribute it out.

Will Krueger – 2027 – SG – Wisconsin Legends

It was more of the same high level of play from Krueger on Sunday. This included in their first game on Sunday where he drilled four threes in just the first half and finished the game with 19 points as the Legends took down a good Full Package team. He then followed that up in the next game scoring 18 points in another win for the Legends.

Liam Laidig – 2028 – SF – Kessel Heat

Laidig was one of the top scorers on Sunday with 25 points in a game leading Kessel Heat to a win. The wing forward already has good size at 6’5” but also showed a versatile scoring ability in addition to making a few other key plays down the stretch of the tight win. The tough sophomore was also consistently playing with great energy to make so many plays in this win on both ends of the floor.

Will Stremlow – 2027 – G – Wisconsin Swing

In the first half alone of Stremlow’s game today, he had scored 17 points to give the Swing a large lead they would use to cruise to the win. He then finished the game with 21 points. Right from the start of the game the 6’4” guard was playing aggressive driving to the basket as well as hitting some jumpers. Stremlow also showed improved athleticism throwing down a powerful dunk off a drive.

Derek Williams – 2028 – SF – Team Hali

After a big day of basketball on Saturday, Williams once again had a standout performance on Sunday. This included Williams scoring 18 points helping Team Hali get a comeback win versus MidPro. Williams is a tough and physical 6’5” small forward that scored it exceptionally strong going to the basket and around the paint as well to hitting a three. His game goes much beyond his scoring as he was also key with his versatile defensive play and rebounding in the win.
