From start to finish, this one was all Seymour. They were able to get an early double-digit lead and never looked back for the 85-48 at the Fiserv Forum to stay undefeated on the season.
Dalton Ahlensdorf – 2027 – F – The Prairie School
The 6’5” forward scored it effectively throughout this game to finish it with 14 points. He used his size and length to score it well posting up but also showed some perimeter skills as well. The junior can put the ball on the floor and scored on a couple of drives getting all the way to the basket as well as hitting a pull up eighteen-foot jumper. In the game, he also blocked multiple shots.
Isaac Feske – 2027 – SF – Seymour
Feske scored an efficient 14 points in the win for Seymour. He is a strongly built and energetic 6’3” small forward that got it done both effectively inside and out. He shot it well spotting up from the outside hitting a pair of threes. Feske was even tougher inside scoring on four post up baskets. He uses is strength well to battle for good position and was finishing right through defenders including on multiple fouls.
Jordan Krause – 2028 – G – Seymour
The hot shooting of Krause was a key in the Seymour win, especially in the first half building their lead. He started the game hot with a pair of early threes scoring his team’s first 6 points. The 6’1” guard shot it extremely well throughout the first half with his pure jumper spotting up from the outside hitting another pair of threes to finish the first half with 16 points. As just a sophomore, Krause is a skilled guard who plays well both on and off the ball.
Kyler Marks – 2026 – F – Seymour
It was a dominant performance from Marks as he led all in the game with 25 points. This included 14 points in the first 9 minutes of action which was finished off by back-to-back and one plays inside for Marks to balloon the lead to 17 points and Seymour. As well to being 6’5”, the senior was just too strong and aggressive to score on an extremely high percentage of his paint touches including several baskets while posting up. Marks also hit a three in the win. His aggressiveness was also highlighted by his ability to dominate the glass, even getting four rebounds on a single possession.
Chandler Perry – 2027 – G – The Prairie School
Perry flashes his great versatility throughout this game. Not only did the guard lead them in scoring but also did so much more. He led them with 15 points including scoring the team’s first 6 points in the game and 14 in the first half alone. Perry did the bulk of his scoring going to the basket whether it be on drives, cuts, or even backing down defenders. As well to his scoring, he also stood out with his defensive versatility. Not only can he pick up full court but also defend both guards and wings. Perry also contributed with his ability to rebound effectively as a guard and be a primary ball handler.
