Plenty of the region’s top names turned in some big performances over the past week. Here are the most noticeable games.

Marquis Clark is the newest player in Illinois to join the 50 point game. The Tennessee commit did it while scoring 51 points, which set a new school record at Whitney Young. This follows a game in which he scored 43 points.

Jake Farley had one of the top performances of the season as he scored 48 points while hitting 7 threes. He also added in 12 rebounds and 4 steals.

In a dominant win for West Allis Central, Iowa State commit Yusef Gray scored 42 points.

Penn State commit Jamison White had 36 points, 17 rebounds, and 3 blocks in a win for East. St. Louis.

In an overtime win for Greenfield, senior Azon Juarez-Quinn led the way with 44 points plus 7 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals. In other games during the week he scored 33 points and 22 points.

In a single game, sophomore Brennan Shannon blocked 10 shots for Lake Park. He also recorded a triple double in the game with 14 points and 15 rebounds.

Brady Pettigrew shined with a triple double including 19 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists. In another game for Bolingbrook, the star sophomore scored 26 points.

Not only did junior Reece Jordan score his 1,000th career point, but also scored 42 points in a game with 9 rebounds and 6 assists.

Keison Peoples continues to be a popular name in these articles as is having a huge senior season. This week, the 6’3” senior guard scored 41 points while going 7-9 from three.

Senior point guard Omari Thomas had a couple of recent do-it-all games for Franklin Community. This included one with 19 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, and 5 steals. Earlier in the week, he had 24 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists.

Jeffrey Hassan had multiple double doubles on the week. This included one where he was able to grab 22 rebounds along with 19 points plus 5 blocks for Kaneland. In another game, the 6’9” junior had 17 points and 11 rebounds.

The strong senior campaign continues for Adam Bauer of Cary-Grove had 35 points and 14 rebounds in a win. In another win during the week, Bauer has 14 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists.

Amare Hereford continues to show he’s one of the top scorers in all of Wisconsin as the senior guard scored 37 points in a game.

Ishmael Kiteka is starting to breakout in his sophomore season. Most recently this came with a 34 point and 12 rebound game by the 6’10” post of Cloverdale.
