As we move into the new year, we continue to look at the list of available seniors which is quickly thinning out. Though here are five more who should all be on more college coaches radars.

Torey Baskin – 2026 – G – Hoffman Estates

In his senior season, Baskin has emerged as one of the better available scoring guards in the Chicagoland area. He has continued to score in bunches this season to be averaging 24 points per game in addition to recently earning MVP honors of the Maine East holiday tournament and giving his team a 12-2 record. The two-sport standout who was also an all-area football player is an athletic 6’2” guard who is a true playmaker with the ball with his quickness, ability to create for others, and shot creating ability.

Evan Darrah – 2026 – G – New Palestine

Whether it has been for New Palestine or the All Area program, Darrah has consistently shown his great scoring ability. This includes being one of the top scorers at the NY2LA Next Level Invitational during the grassroots season while averaging 19 points, hitting four threes per game, and just shooting under 50% from three. His offensive skill set is highlighted by his shot making ability as not only is he a knockdown shooter but also has a very good ability to create his own shot and has good feel. In his most recent game, he scored 19 points while hitting five three pointers in the first half alone.

Oliver Gray – 2026 – SG – Barrington

Gray is one of the top few players still available in Illinois’ 2026 class currently. He is one of the top scoring guards in the entire region with his great outside shooting ability as well to continuing to add to his all-around scoring package. As well, Gray great size in the backcourt standing at 6’6” as well to good bounce. In his senior season, he has been averaging 23 points per game. He has been offered by Cleveland State and Eastern Illinois, and more division one programs should be looking his way with all he can do.

Blake Risler – 2026 – SG - Regis

Risler is one of the top shooters in Wisconsin’s 2026 class and has continued to prove his great shot making ability throughout this season. After winning conference player of the year as a junior, his game has only grown this season with performances of 45, 41 and 36 points this season while shooting over 50% from three this season. The 6’4” two guard has division two offers from Bemidji State and Jamestown.

Damari Stephens – 2026 – F – Waterford Mott

Stephens is a player who has only continued to progress his game over the past year and into a big senior season. This includes a recent 29 point game as well as another game with 22 points and 19 rebounds all in just the past few games to have Mott out to a 7-2 start. Stephens stands at 6’6” and plays even bigger with his aggressiveness and strength. He has shown the ability to take over the inside as well to a greater development of a perimeter game.
