Catching up on the recruitment news from across the region over the past ten days during the Holiday season.

Hersey and Fundamental U senior Charlie Pomis has received a division two offer. This came from in-state Lewis University.

It has been a big several days for senior Sam Pitrof. The Racine Lutheran and PGC guard picked up a pair of division two offers. First from West Virginia State then by Ferris State. He was previously offered by Navy during the summer.

After previously committing to UT-Chattanooga, senior point guard Jonathan Moss of Daviess County High School has opened up his recruitment. Before his commitment, he had received over a dozen division one offers including ones from Boston University, Eastern Kentucky, FIU, Miami (OH), Morehead State, among others.

Another offer for one of the top sophomores in the entire region, Brady Pettigrew. This one came from BYU for the guard of Bolingbrook High School and the Meanstreets.

Another star sophomore of Illinois with a recent offer was Cole Kelly. This one for the Breakaway and Neuqua Valley wing was from St. Louis University.

Also getting an offer from St. Louis University was junior Mason Martin, a high school and grassroots teammate of Kelly.

Carroll University got an in-state commitment for their 2026 recruiting class. This came from 6’5” post Jayce Brechtl of the Waterford High School and the Wolverines program.

A commitment out of Illinois came from Gavin Belli, a senior of St. Charles East and Team M14.

Senior guard EJ Salettel of Beaver Dam and the Wisconsin Swing has been offered by Simpson College.

McHenry County College extended an offer to Cameron Johnson, a senior guard of University High School and the Frontline program.

A player picking up their first collegiate offer was Jaciyon Graves. This came from Union Commonwealth for the senior forward of Caverna High School.

Kentucky Christian has extended an offer to an in-state junior in Garrison Gilvin, a guard of Trinity High School and Griffin Elite.

Another player receiving an offer from Kentucky Christian, a 6’5” senior wing of Wayne County High School.

One more reeling in an offer from Kentucky Christian was senior guard Jagger Mardis of Grayson County High School.
