A few noteworthy commitments from the past seven days in addition to plenty of offers. Catch up all the regions recruitment news here.
Tim Winkler has made his commitment to an Ivy League program. The 6’10” senior of Midwest Renegades has made his commitment to Yale.
Tennessee was able to land a commitment from the top point guard in Illinois’ 2026 class. This came from Marquis Clark, of Whitney Young and the Meanstreets. He had also been offered by DePaul, St. Louis, Illinois State, Iona, Purdue Fort Wayne, Valpo, Tulsa, among a few others.
Stony Brook went into Indiana to land a commitment for its 2026 class. This came via Kasen Daeger, a 6’3” two guard of Silver Creek High School. The commitment comes right after his official visit to the New York school.
From the Wisconsin Playmakers program, a senior has made their college commitment. This came from Grant Hardy of Appleton North. The senior announced his pick of Winona State. They had offered him back in August.
Nebraska got an early start on their 2027 recruiting class with a major commitment coming out of Minnesota. This came from wing Ty Schlagel of the Howard Pulley program. He also had offers from Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
Add in another prominent offer for sophomore Brady Pettigrew. The five-star guard of Bolingbrook and Meanstreets was offered now by USC.
Another star sophomore out of Illinois picking up a high major offer was Cole Kelly. The Breakaway Basketball and Neuqua Valley standout added an offer from Iowa to his quickly growing list.
Also from the Breakaway Basketball program and Neuqua Valley, junior guard Mason Martin has added an offer with his coming from Holy Cross.
On his visit to Rutgers, Peyton Kemp of La Lumiere and Indy Heat, received an offer from the Big 10 program.
Wauwatosa West and Power 5 senior wing Matthew Kloskey has continued to grow his list of D1 offers in 2025. He is now up to four of them with the newest coming from Green Bay.
Another player from Wauwatosa West and Power 5 getting an offer was Jalen Brown. The junior guards latest offer came from California to add to his list of double digit D1 offers.
A pair of seniors from the ALL IN program picked up offers from Aurora University. These went to Dison Holmes of Stevenson and Landyn Hannah of Urbana.
Another senior from ALL IN getting an offer was Timi Ogunsanya, with his coming from Carthage.
Even as just a sophomore, Joey Kohnen has added his third high major offer. The guard of Slinger and Team Herro has now been offered by Wisconsin after earlier being offered by Iowa State and Nebraska.
Roosevelt University has extended an offer out to senior guard Tyler Evenson of Waukesha West.
Josh McGee, a senior guard of University High School and INB, has picked up an offer from Judson.
