Over the past year, Gianni Cobb has continued to prove on the court that he is one of the top point guards in Illinois’ 2024 class. The rising senior already has earned himself a pair of division one offers as well to interest from a number of other schools.

During the live periods back in April while playing with Team Rose, Cobb picked up his first offer from Radford University. Shortly after he received his second offer coming from Cal Poly. For both Radford and Cal Poly, he likes the location of both of them. “It looks like beautiful areas,” Cobb said about the pair of schools.

As well to the pair of offers, Cobb has several division one programs showing interest in him. Amongst the group are Columbia, Southern Illinois-Edwardsville, and UC-Davis. He is currently planning on visiting some of these schools later this summer in August. “I look forward to more offers and recruitment,” Cobb added in about his recruitment.

After attending Perspectives in Chicago for his junior season, Cobb will finish off his high school career at Homewood-Flossmoor. He should continue to be a popular target with all his tools. The quick and high IQ floor general is not only is a skilled distributor running the point effectively but is just as skilled scoring the ball himself attacking the basket and knocking down shots.
