The recruitment of Durral Brooks continues to build as he pulled in his eight division one offer. The junior is having another impressive season averaging 21 points, 9.6 rebounds, and 3 assists per game. The newest offer was from Dayton for Brooks who is amongst the top 2024 guards in the entire Midwest.

Dayton gets added to an offer list that also includes Butler, Michigan, Michigan State, Oakland, Southern Indiana, Toledo, and Western Michigan. The 6’2” guard of Grand Rapids Catholic Central High School (MI) and The Family broke down a few of his offers.

“I like how everything just feels like family,” Brooks said about Michigan. For Butler, Brooks said “It’s a winning environment with a coach that knows how to win.” Lastly on Michigan State, Brooks likes the energy and “how much hype basketball has around it.”

While he has no visits planned, Brooks is looking forward to taking a visit to his newest offer in Dayton soon. The new trend has been players in the junior class making commitments, but Brooks is looking to complete his upcoming grassroots season before making his college selection.
