Class of 2022 G Damon Fann is one of the most electrifying talents in Tennessee.  He plays the game with a chip on his shoulder and feels that he can compete with the best of the best.  He is a prospect that instantly adds value to any locker room that he is a part of, and this trait is what many believe will be the factor that continues to lift his ceiling and terms of growth and upside.  He not only dominates on the court but also excels in the classroom which is what makes him a cant miss target for schools looking to find a jewel for their recruiting class for 2022.

The 6’1 G is exceptionally skilled and can control the pace of the game.  He has above average court vision and will find teammates on the floor at any time.  He is an elite ball handler who keeps the ball on a string and blows by defenders at ease with either hand.  He has the upper body strength to get into the paint and finish at the rim with contact with his right or his left hand.  He has the unique ability to always know when to make the right play and unlike many others is a true point guard.  He is not turnover prone and is always the vocal leader on out on the court.  He has worked steadily at being a more consistent three-point shoot as well as getting better mechanics on his shot.  The extra off the court has shown as his confidence has grown and is extremely comfortable being a legit three level scorer on the offensive end.

His defensive abilities are just as elite as his abilities on the offensive end.  His tenacity and dedication on the defensive allows him to shutdown opposing guards as well as switch off on bigger opponents.  He has extremely high IQ and constantly is playing passing lanes and getting steals leading to transition buckets.  He uses his body and boxes out very well for a player his size.  He takes pride on the defensive end of the floor, and it translates to positive gain for his team on the offensive end.

During the travel season this past year, he competed with the talented and well coached First-Class Game program based out of Tennessee.  His play at the Summer Championships in Orlando attracted attention from schools in the southern region and we fully expect for his name to come off the board as he heads into his senior campaign.
