One player in Wisconsin that is having himself a highly impressive senior year is Brennan Timm. This season Timm has been averaging a double double and almost 5 assists a contest. The skilled and versatile Timm’s is a major reason why St. John’s is firmly positioned for a possible run during the upcoming state tournament.

Even with a solid regular season, Timm is looking towards bigger things for this season. “My ultimate goal for the rest of the season is to just keep improving to help this team win a state championship,” Timm said. He added in “I want to help other players on our team get better as well to help achieve that goal. We need the entire team to play at their highest level to reach that goal.”

The highly versatile 6’5” wing put up a triple double recently in a January contest with 26 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists. He is a skilled scorer with some strength that can get it done in a number of ways including off the bounce, in addition to shooting nearly 40% from beyond the arc this year. The senior plays with a big motor and is a very tough rebounder.

At this point Timm is receiving a wide range of college interest. He has been drawing interest from schools at the Div. 1, 2, 3, and junior college levels. “As far as where I will attend school next, that is pretty wide open right now,” Timm stated.

I’m looking for a college where I feel comfortable on the campus, in the classroom, and on the court,” Timm said as what is going into his college decision. While he hopes that he will have the opportunity to visit colleges before making a commitment, but stated “getting to know the coach will be the biggest factor in my decision,” if he is unable to make his college visits.

Timm played with the Wisconsin RAP during the grassroots travel season.
