One of the fastest rising prospects in Wisconsin’s 2025 class over the summer has just made his college commitment. This came from Aaron Womack who picked an ACC program.
On Monday, the 6’6” wing of Dominican High School in Milwaukee announced his commitment to Syracuse University. The senior had a breakout summer while playing with Wisconsin Playground Club on the UAA and his recruitment to the Orange quickly came along recently over the past few days.
The commitment comes after Womack had just taken an official visit to the central New York campus this past weekend. On the visit, Womack was offered by the Orange. He was previously offered by Buffalo, Illinois State, Murray State, Southern Utah, UIC, and UW-Green Bay.
During his junior season, Womack averaged 21.9 points, 9.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.4 steals, and 2.8 blocks per game for 22-4 Dominican High School. He earned himself all-state honors by the WBCA. Womack is an athletic wing that brings high level outside shooting to the Orange and head coach Adrian Autry. The three-star senior marks the second commitment in their 2025 recruiting class. Womack joins power forward Sadiq White, a top twenty-five player nationally.
