Broker Buschor Starting To Draw Plenty Of College Interest

After being one of the top guards on the 15U level of the NY2LA Association last year, Broker Buschor has continued to develop his game to be one of the top players on the 16U level of the NY2LA Association this spring with the Wisconsin Swing. With this, the 6’4” 2026 guard of Darlington High School (WI) has started to appear on plenty of college coaches’ radars.

When asked about the growth of his game, Buschor mentioned multiple aspects of his play. “I feel I can shoot the ball very good and can read my defender and the defense very well. I can see the floor pretty good and I’m also good at driving and finishing at the rim. I feel I could work on my ball handling and mid-range more to make my game better and getting better at shots off the dribble.” Not only has his skill level come a long way but also his physical tools with his size and strength to be a versatile and complete guard.

“Swing season was great,” Buschor said about his spring grassroots season. “Started off rough but when we got our stuff together, we have been really good. We are 15-3 in our last 18.” Buschor was a main aspect of their success which included going 3-1 at the NY2LA Next Level Invitational during the May live period as well as a co-championship at the NY2LA Sports Invitational.

This week since college coaches could reach out to the 2026 class, several division two programs have reached out to Buschor. Amongst them included Bemidji State, Michigan Tech, Missouri S&T, Northern Michigan, and Winona State. While he has no visits planned, he would like to visit the schools who have reached out to him.
