The recruitment for one of the top shooters in Missouri’s 2025 class, Luke Walsh, continues to build. Most recently in his recruitment, the 6’2” guard of Vianney High School and Brad Beal Elite took an official visit to Missouri State.
“My visit to Missouri State was a great time. They have great guys and a great staff. They were all nice and fun to be around, so it was very enjoyable,” Walsh said about his visit that took place this past weekend. As well to his most recent, he has also gone on ones to Bellarmine, Belmont, Indiana State, Lindenwood, Missouri, SIU, SIUE, Southeast Missouri State, and St. Louis University.
In addition to already holding an offer from the school he just visited, Missouri State, Walsh also holds several other offers. Lindenwood, Louisiana-Monroe, SIUE, Southeast Missouri State, St. Louis University, and Texas Arlington have all also offered him.
“My game is unique where I am a really good catch and shoot guy and known for being a shooter,” Walsh first said describing his own game. “I can create for others and help others score as well. And I feel like I can bring it up and play point guard and get to the rim as well.” Currently in his junior season, he is averaging 24 points per game to help lead Vianney to a 14-4 record to date.
