ALL IN Fall League Week 3 Standouts – Part Two

Second of two parts featuring some of the standouts from this past Sunday’s ALL IN fall league action.

Reece Crosby – G/F – Highland Park

There are not a ton of seniors in the Chicagoland area who can match the physical tools, versatility, mobility, and skills of Crosby. She has great positional size on the wings at 6’1” plus good length but also showed her well-rounded game throughout her games. Even with her size, Crosby has good perimeter skills moving well with the ball and being able to shoot it from the outside. As well, she is a true mismatch as she can also get into the post and score with her back to the basket. Crosby also came up in the clutch making several key plays in the final two minutes of a win.

Grace Dunigan – G – Mundelein

Dunigan shined in each of her two games. The junior has good size in the backcourt in addition to playing with plenty of energy and athleticism. She can really lock down defensively on the perimeter defending both guards and wings very effectively with her quickness, length, and size both on and off the ball. She did plenty more too with her ability to shoot threes, handle the ball, and rebound it extremely well as a guard.

Leah Gilbertson – G/F – Sky

The Ferris State commit was one of the more impactful players on the day. Not only is she a mobile 6’1” wing with tremendous length but also showcased her versatility as she can really do it all on the floor. She excelled on the defensive end as she was able to defend the one through five all effectively. Gilbertson has continued to show good offensive tools both handling the ball well and hitting some threes.

Reese McLelland – SF – Stevenson

As just a sophomore, there is much to like from the game of the 6’ wing. She is an impactful, high energy, and versatile wing who was effective both in the paint as well as on the perimeter on both ends of the floor. She showcased a good offensive skill set with her shooting including off the dribble from three, playmaking off the dribble, and passing.

Jane Pritchard – PG – Grayslake North

Over her pair of games. Pritchard proved her great abilities on both ends of the floor. Offensively, the point guard was getting plenty of paint touches and creating with her tight handle and some quickness. She scored it extremely well when she got to the paint but is also an unselfish point guard who was passing it well. Pritchard was just as good defensively as she played with great energy and can pressure the ball while being tough to beat.

Casey Yyverman – G – Mundelein

The senior guard just got better throughout the day and showed the ability to take over games, especially with her scoring ability. The Western Michigan commit was one of the top, if not top, scorers of the day in addition to showing her ability to run the point. She hit several threes during the event but was even better playing on the attack. She was consistently slicing through the defense with her combination of moves with the ball as well as playing through contact.
