First Offer for 2026 Kayden Schultz

Over the weekend, Kayden Schultz was able to reel in his first scholarship offer. This came from Michigan Tech for the 6’3” junior guard of Plymouth High School (WI) and Chapman North Basketball Academy. In his junior season, he is currently averaging a lofty 27.8 points per game along with 7.4 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 2.1 steals. He is leading his team in all four categories to have them out to a 9-5 record.

“It feels great to pick up my first offer,” Schultz said. “Knowing my hard work is paying off feels good.” When asked what he likes about Michigan Tech, he stated “First I loved the town and area it’s in. I love their offensive play. Everything is ran very smooth and quick. And the Team chemistry really impressed me as well.”

The offer for Schultz comes following his visit to the division two school. “The visit was great! I really liked that I was able to hang out with some of the guys and loved how close they all are with each other.”

While Michigan Tech is his lone offer, he does have interest from a few schools on multiple levels including division one, division two, and NAIA. Amongst these schools are Indiana Wesleyan, Green Bay, and Winona State.
