Last week Chris Pohl was able to reel in another division two offer. This one came from Minnesota Duluth for the 6’7” junior forward of Marshfield High School and the Wisconsin Playmakers.
While just in the midst of his junior season, he already has several offers as the Minnesota Duluth offer marks the fifth one for him. He picked up his first offer last June from Michigan Tech and has then since also added offers from Northern Michigan, Saginaw Valley State, and Winona State.
As well to his growing list of offers from division two programs, he also interest from a few division one programs. Amongst them are Liberty, North Dakota State, South Dakota, South Dakota State, and St. Thomas.
Minnesota Duluth has been interested in Pohl for some time having first reached out to him last summer. “I love the fact that they made adjustments in their practice schedule and took the time out of their busy schedule to come watch my game. They’re the first team I know of to come watch a high school game in person,” Pohl had to say on what he liked about Minnesota Duluth.
