Boys Recruitment News – January 14th

Plenty of news on the division three level with a few other newsworthy pieces from all the other levels too. As well to this news, a commitment from Damion Porter Jr. to Tarleton State was previously covered in a separate article.

A commitment was made by senior Ryan Prowicz of Hampshire High School (IL) and Mercury Elite. The guard announced his commitment to UW-Platteville.

Brock Judge also made his college commitment. The senior guard of Lapel High School (IN) and Legacy Ice Elite picked Olivet Nazarene.

A trio of juniors from Cathedral High School (IN) were all offered by Detroit Mercy. This included Julien Smith, Keaton Aldridge, and Rmani Wells.

New month, new offer for sophomore Baboucarr Ann of D1 Minnesota. After being offered by Minnesota last month, he has now been offered by Arizona State.

David Herron III was able to pick up an offer from a division two program. The senior guard of the Michigan Playmakers was offered by Lake Superior State.

Another player to pick up a division two offer was Chris Pohl. The junior forward of the Wisconsin Playmakers was offered by Minnesota Duluth.

Not only did Will Horton pick up an offer, the senior guard of St. Ignatius (IL) and ALL IN picked up two in a single day. The offers came from Lake Forest College and Lakeland University.

Another senior guard from the ALL IN program to pick up an offer was Brody Variano. His came from Elmhurst University.

Also, from the ALL IN program, a senior made his commitment. Bobby Vespa of Lyons Township High School (IL) selected St. Norbert College.

Senior guard Seth Cheney of Providence Catholic (IL) was offered by North Central College.

From Sussex Hamilton High School (WI) and Davis Brothers Elite, senior guard Asher Haas was offered by Bryant and Stratton College.

Brady Scholl, a 6’6” junior forward of Northridge High School and Indiana Game picked up an offer from Grace College.
