2025 Cameron Williams Still Available

In every senior class, there is always some under the radar talent and this is true with Wisconsin’s 2025 class. One of these underrecruited seniors in Wisconsin right now is Cameron Williams of Verona Area High School.

Williams had a tremendous grassroots season with the Wisconsin Dynasty, especially at the NY2LA Summer Jam in July where he was one of the top guards in attendance with a 26 point game. This high level of play has continued now into his senior season. Right now in his senior season at Verona he is averaging 20.0 points per game helping them to a near perfect 11-1 record. The senior is a highly bouncy 6’1” guard is a playmaker on both sides of the ball.

Even with the lofty point total and success in the win column, Williams is looking for more. “Trying to still turn it up a notch and working toward growth and improvement but I’m loving it so far,” he had to say about their season so far.

While flying under the radar, he has attracted the interest of a few colleges. Some of the schools showing interest in him include Rock Valley College, UW-Stevens Point, UW-Eau Claire, among others. “Family and a community,” Williams first said on what he is looking for in a college. “Most importantly a safe educational environment my mom would respect and feel safe for me to go.”

For the rest of his high school season Williams is looking to be named first team all-conference and pick up additional college interest. The senior is looking to make his college commitment following the high school season.
