Following a breakout season with MidPro Academy, Leshawn Stowers took his first official visit. On Thursday, the 6’5” senior guard of Peoria High School (IL) started his visit to nearby Bradley University.
“My Bradley visit was a great experience,” Stowers said. “I really liked the visit.” When asked what he likes about Bradley, Stowers said that he fits in. As well adding in, “I have a chance to play right away and the bond I built with them.”
In just the past couple of months, Stowers has more than doubled his offer list. He entered the spring with offers from Bradley as well as Eastern Illinois, Incarnate Word, UIC, and UW-Green Bay. Though over the summer, Eastern Michigan, Illinois State, Indiana State, IUPUI, Miami (OH), Northern Illinois, Purdue Fort Wayne, Southern Illinois, and Wyoming all offered him.
Following the Bradley visit, he is looking to take a few more visits. As of now, Stowers also has visits planned to Eastern Michigan, Illinois State, Purdue Fort Wayne, Southern Illinois, and Wyoming.
