2025 NY2LA The Final Chapter – RR’s 17U Standouts

The 17U level of the Final Chapter not only had high level talent but plenty of depth. Here is the next group of standouts.

Adam Flowers – 2026 – PG –  Mercury Elite

With great positional size at 6’4, Flowers is a natural scorer. He has a great feel for the game, he’s crafty getting to the rim, and can knock down the open three. One of the more underrated parts of his game is his ability to create for his teammates, racking up multiple assists throughout the weekend.

Tyler McConnell – 2026 – F – Illinois Bears

McConnell has a lot of tools that are key for a big man to be successful, that college coaches should be looking at. He blocks shots, finishes well around the rim, and rebounds at high level. Brings nonstop energy on both ends of the floor, and was just straight up dominant in the paint.

Zeke Sawall – 2026 – G – Pro Lane

A big scoring performance for Sawall Friday, scoring 23 points in a win. The combo guard displayed his scoring at the basket and from deep. He plays with a really good motor, can create his own shot off the dribble, but also moves well without the ball for easy baskets.

Kayden Travis – 2026 – PG – Chapman South

Was really impressed by the pure point guard play of Travis. Truly one of the best distributors from The Final Chapter. He runs the offense really well and gives his teammates a ton of opportunities to score. He has a tight handle and good change of pace, regularly gets into the lane to either score or dish out.

Mareon Knott – 2026 – SF – Michigan Playmakers

Knott can score the ball from all three levels and really showed his ability off at The Final Chapter. He operates really well in the midrange area, has a nice pull up jumper and post fadeaway. He’s nicely built on the wing and has shown improvement with handling the ball and distributing.

Tyler Roche – 2026 – G – 24:UP

Roche scored 15 points in a win showing off his terrific deep shooting. He did a nice job running in transition and filling open spots, and being ready to catch and shoot. He was really consistent from the field and was able to get into the paint and create for his teammates.
