Recruitment news continues to heat up as we pass the holidays. Plenty of commitment from the 2026 class as we get closer to the end of the high school season.

Brady Pettigrew is starting to become a regular in these articles as he continues to pick up the high major offers. The newest for the sophomore guard of Bolingbrook High School is from Cal.

Junior Zeak Jones of Dominican and Power 5 has picked up a pair of offers in the past few days. These came from Wyoming and then UW-Green Bay.

Another player out of Wisconsin picking up an offer from UW-Green Bay was Amare Hereford, a senior of Beloit Memorial and Power 5.

6’7” Junior Hayden Schroeder, of Wheaton Academy and Young & Reckless, has added another Div. 1 offer with this one coming from Cal State Northridge.

Livingston College has extended an offer to Mareon Knott, a 6’4” senior of the Michigan Playmakers and Detroit King.

Logan Kurtz, a senior guard of Tuscola and MidPro, has committed to Eastern Illinois as a preferred walk-on.

Elmhurst University picked up a big 6’8” commitment for their 2026 class. This was from Cooper Hess of Zionsville and Progeny.

Picking up their first division one offer was Elijah King, a 6’3” junior of St. Joseph and Mac Irvin Fire. The offer came from IU-Indy.

6’4” Senior Grady Karrels of Port Washington and Chapman North has made his college commitment. He will be staying in Wisconsin with his commitment to Carroll University.

As one of the top available seniors in Wisconsin, 6’4” Blake Risler continues to add to his offer list. The newest for the Regis and Wisconsin Playmakers two guard came from Upper Iowa.

From Northridge High School and the OPS program, senior guard Hayden Johnson has committed to University of Saint Francis.

Cleary University picked up a commitment from Brandon Mercer II, a senior point guard of Holt High School and School Days Basketball.
