One of the many talented 2027 prospects putting it down on the hardwood in Wisconsin is Max Jones, a standout wing at West Allis Central High School.  A 6-4 plus shooting guard with plus length and strength, Jones is an old school fill it up guard looking to take the next leap as a prospect over the next 12-14 months.

The junior standout can fill it up from anywhere on the court as he’s a legit 3 level scorer who can take over the game with his jumper in a catch and shoot capacity.  Athletically he’s solid and his strength and instincts and feel give him the ability to rebound at a high level on occasion as well.  Defensively there’s a lot of clay and potential to mold into a quality defender who can double as both elite on the perimeter and versatile in terms of matching up with multiple positions.  Still developing his handles and overall physical package, the talented wing is already collecting a lot of interest on the recruiting trail.

He holds offers from Toledo, Northern Iowa, UW-Green Bay, Eastern Illinois, and Alabama A&M.  Jones is really just scratching the surface of his potential so with continued investment into his physical tools and overall skill package you can expect that list to grow substantially as he’s one of the more intriguing up and coming prospects in the Midwest.
