Five more up in the second section of players in the 2027 class who are ready to take a major leap in their games and in their recruitment. Here we cover players from Ohio over to Wisconsin.

Connor Brown – 2027 – PF – North Farmington

Brown was the biggest stock risers this summer in the area. From his spring to summer, he took huge strides while playing with D Rice Elite. Over the summer he consistently showed his ability to be dominant down in the paint while also showing improved perimeter skills. During the two summer NY2LA tournaments, he averaged 13.8 points plus 7.9 rebounds. He stands at 6’6” but plays much bigger inside with his aggressiveness, strength, and length. At some point, plenty more college coaches will want to be looking at Brown.

Breaker Heller – 2027 – PG – Westland

Heller is a unique talent who has consistently shined over the past two years with Renaissance University. He has a great ability to create for himself from all three levels as well to being able to create for others and be a playmaker defensively. Not only is he incredibly skilled along with some quickness but also plays with great intensity and is a winning player. As he moves into his junior year, it is time for college coaches to take note of Heller.

Charlie Hoel – 2027 – F/C – Stanley-Boyd

Even in Wisconsin’s highly talented and deep 2027 class, Hoel has shown the ability to be one of the highest upside big men in the class. As well to his great size standing at 6’9” he has also shown the skills to his game. This is highlighted by his shooting ability as a consistent outside threat from three. He has continued to add to his game and get on division one coaches radars but is just starting to get near his tremendous upside. Don’t be surprised to see Hoel as an extremely popular name with college coaches in the next several months. The junior currently holds an offer from Northern Michigan.

Paul Ridgway – 2027 – SF – Sullivan

There are plenty of aspects to like from the game of Ridgway who is poised to breakout at some point soon. He has good size on the wings at 6’6” and showed his upside this summer with a great performance at the NY2LA Final Chapter where he was one of the leading scorers of the tournament with 17.5 points along with 7.5 rebounds and 3 assists while playing for DistinXion. He has a very translatable game to the next level with his physical attributes alongside his versatile skill set on both ends, and athleticism.

Nathaniel Rouse – 2027 – F – St. Viator

Over the past few months, Rouse has continued progress on the court and look for this to translate into the breakout junior season. There is much to like from the ALL IN forwards game as he stands at 6’6”, versatile skill set, consistent outside shooting, big motor, and ability to play inside and out on both ends.
