2020 6’4 SG Sincere Parker of Rockford East has been lighting up the scoreboard this 2018-19 basketball season. A talented junior still flying below the radar, the Illinois high school standout is already opening eyes with some quality performances.

He started off his junior campaign at the 205 Tip Off thanksgiving holiday event in Rockford, IL earning tournament MVP after averaging 28.8 points per contest. Parker scored a season high 33 points against Huntington Beach Marina (CA) and also put up 31 points against Pike High School (IN) during the holiday event. Parker has continued his strong play right into conference play by scoring 28 points last night against Rockford Boylan, whom his East squad hadn’t beaten in 23 years.

Parker currently has offers from Green Bay (WI) and Long Beach after showcasing his range from the perimeter at the inaugural 2018 NY2LA Summer Jam this past year while playing with the Illinois Stars. He is also hearing from schools such Wichita State, NIU, Utah State, Florida Atlantic, Bradley and Wisconsin Milwaukee.

Parker and his Rockford East squad will be participating in the 35th Annual Collinsville Prairie Farm Holiday Tourney in Collinsville, IL December 27-29.
