The La Lumiere program is rolling right now and currently regarded by many as the #1 team in the nation as they sit undefeated through the early part of the season.  While they have depth up and down the roster, the trio of senior Brian Bowen, senior Jaren Jackson Jr., and sophomore guard Tyger Campbell are serving as the catalysts early on.

Already in the fold for Tom Izzo and the Michigan State Spartans, Jaren Jackson is a versatile high ceiling talent whose best basketball lies ahead.  Equipped with a 6-11 225 pound plus length athletic frame, Jackson is an elite talent who stands to only get better moving forward.  He currently averaging a little over 12 points a game and close to 9 rebounds a contest for La Lumiere.

A talented and at times electric wing with size, length, and athleticism, senior wing Brian Bowen is currently considering Arizona, Creighton, Michigan State, N.C. State, and Texas as he is expected to sign in the spring.  He can fill the box score, finish in transition, and score in a variety of ways and his efforts this season have been exceptional early on.  Currently averaging over 20 points a game, 6 rebounds a contest, and a little over 3 assists per game, Bowen is leading by example and in impressive fashion.

The young sophomore lead guard Tyger Campbell is also making his presence felt in terms of his production and leadership.  A two time NY2LA Sports Futures Camp MVP in 2015 and 2016, Campbell is a tough athletic skilled do it all guard who is constantly on the attack.  He has a 26 point game on his resume this season and he’s been solid to the tune of close to 10 points a contest and close to 8 assists per game.  With so much talent on the court, Campbell has been critical in the early success of La Lumiere this season.  He holds offers from Alabama, Illinois, Michigan State, UNLV, Purdue, Ole Miss, New Mexico, TCU, etc. amongst others.
