After dropping the Top 75 national rankings for the Class of 2009, 2010, and 2011 earlier this week, we continue rankings week with a look at the various positions on the court and introduce our Top 25 positional rankings for the PG's nationally.  Since it's national in scope and these guys will be competing against each other both at the high school level and collegiate levels, we chose to do the rankings as the top players regardless of class.

Here's a quick look at the top 10 PG's nationally regardless of class...Subscribers can view the complete list here

Comments
1
Brandon Knight 2010 6'3" Pine Crest (Florida) Team Breakdown The complete package both on and off the court.
2
Kenny Boynton 2009 6'0' American Heritage (Florida) Team Breakdown Dominant scoring first guard who's looked at by most as a SG.  We think he would be an unstoppable PG as well.
3
Josh Selby 2010 6'2" DeMatha (MD) Team Melo Unstoppable offensive weapon with the ability to attack and stroke the J.  Lethal talent on the offensive end.
4
Jelan Kendrick 2010 6'6" SW Atlanta Christian (GA) Hoop Planet 6'6" with the ability to run the point and stroke mid range and trey balls?  Are you serious!?  Sick upside!
5
John Wall 2009 6'3" Word of God (NC) D-One Sports Multi-skilled talent who's taken his game to another level this spring.  Excellent upside.
6
Anthony Wroten 2011 6'3" Garfield (WA) Seattle Rotary Long athletic talent with athleticism and the ability to attack and create at will.  Scary potential.
7
Austin Rivers 2011 6'2" Winter Park (FL) Team STAT The size, skills, vision, awareness, floor game, and pedigree to get it done.  A class act on and off the court.
8
Dexter Strickland 2009 6'3" St. Patrick's (NJ) Metro Hawks Combo guard with the physical tools and quickness to become an unstoppable PG if he wants.
9
Crandall Head 2010 6'4" Rich South (IL) Mac Irvin Fire A combo guard now.  If he makes full commitment to become a PG he has the physical tools and skills to become a lottery pick some day.  Exceptional athlete who's just scratching the surface.
10
Abdul Gaddy 2009 6'3" Bellarmine (WA) Northwest Panthers The complete floor game along with the physical tool package to dominate at the next level.
